Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements.   All levels, including beginners are welcome.  I modify poses to best suit where you are today!   

Gentle Flow Yoga is designed to provide gentle and modified versions of the poses for all ages.  We will boost circulation with modified sun salutes and standing asana before journeying to a restorative practice we always finish with blissful relaxation while allowing the body the chance to completely rest and restore.

YogaFIT is an early morning high intensity 30 min power flow, incorporating many disciplines to provide a strength building, cardio session. 

Teen Yoga - A qualified Teen Yoga instructor, Dionne brings Yoga into schools to provide adolescents with tools and techniques to help them through this sometimes tricky stage of life.

I really enjoy Dionne’s classes in any event but I have now learnt how they help me with my back. I hobbled into a class one day saying that I thought I would only do a little bit of the practice as my back was seized up and painful. By the end of the class I was walking perfectly well and the tension had gone. Clearly the gentle stretching and movement made all the difference and saved me time and money at the chiropractor…With regular classes I can feel a marked improvement in my flexibility and resistance to injury.
